Sanctuary of Freedom:
An Endless Dream, Born of the Heart

Each of us carries within a quiet, unspoken field—an inner sanctuary untouched by the outside world.
Artist Amanda Guo calls this space the Sanctuary of Freedom, and through her paintings, she makes it
visible. Her work merges the tonal richness of Western oil painting with the fluid rhythm of Chinese
calligraphy. Her brushstrokes are not imitations of the external world but expressions of inner emotion.
The landscapes she paints—be they the Seine at dusk, a narrow alley in Naples, or the morning mist of
Lugu Lake—are places she has walked through, often accompanied by her partner.
They are not just geographic memories, but scenes where emotion, light, and reflection coexist.
Also featured in the exhibition are sculptures by Ziming Tian, Amanda’s partner in art, in travel, and
Lorem ipsum in life. As a couple, they have journeyed across more than a dozen countries before settling in Chengdu,
where they founded YILIANG Gallery and began a life grounded in art and family. Ziming’s
Buddhist-inspired sculptures portray not deities, but human figures engaged in spiritual practice.
Calm, intimate, and quietly resonant, his works reflect the emotional states that arise in everyday
living and shared contemplation.

Together, their works form a dual voice—painting and sculpture, line and form, presence and breath.
In this exhibition, Sanctuary of Freedom becomes not only a space for individual reflection, but also
a visual echo of a life shared. It is a map drawn through love, travel, and artistic devotion.
It is, ultimately, an endless dream, born of the heart.

唯心之野｜Samia Art 雙人藝術展視覺整合設計

一場源於內心，無朽的夢
這是一場關於愛、旅途與內在庇護所的對話 。
《Sanctuary of Freedom 唯心之野》 展出了藝術家郭俊池（Amanda Guo）的畫作與
田子明（Ziming Tian）的佛造像雕塑 。
他們將共同走過的地理記憶與日常修行，化為繪畫與雕塑的雙重奏 。

在為這檔展覽進行視覺統籌時，我的首要任務是：
不破壞這份私密的情感，而是為它打造一扇靜謐的窗，讓觀者得以輕柔地踏入他們的內在之野。
在眾多充滿回憶的畫作中，我提取了充滿流動感的黃昏風景作為主視覺基底 。
它揉合了西方油畫的豐富色彩與東方書寫的氣韻 ，
畫面中光影與情感共存的氛圍 ，完美契合了「自由庇護所」的核心概念 。




展覽延伸設計品

為了呼應畫布上的情感流動 以及雕塑中靜謐修行的意象 ，
我在字體與版面編排上克制了過度的設計介入。
透過現代洗鍊的無襯線字體與克制的文字層級，
在畫面上留下充足的呼吸空間，
讓 「唯心之野，无朽的梦」 宛如自然生長在畫布之上。
